    • Domestic orders are usually shipped using EasyParcel.
    • Orders for Ground shipping are generally shipped within 48 hours. Please allow for additional processing time of orders with custom stringing.
    • For a limited time, only RM8 for ground shipping orders (Continental Malaysia only).


    • All orders are processed as soon as the transaction is confirmed.
    • All orders are dispatched and delivered by our designated carrier, Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
    • Orders placed on Friday after 10 a.m. Malaysia Time will be processed and shipped on Monday.
    • All expedited shipping orders placed before noon Malaysia Time will be processed on the same day. Please allow an additional business day for all custom stringing orders.
    • Custom stringing orders will be shipped the following day.


    Delivery lead times are as follows:

    • Peninsula Malaysia : 2 -5 working days for your order to arrive.
    • East Malaysia : 5 – 7 working days for your order to arrive.
    • Delivery to rural or remote areas may take an additional 2 – 3 working days. Please also expect delivery may take slightly longer than the usual lead time during peak sale / promotional periods due to heavy surges in online orders.


    Self Pick-Up Lead Time

    • All Self pick-up orders will be ready within the next 24 hours. Our team will notify you once orders are ready for pick up or you may check with us at 011 5751 2057.

    Shipping Charges

    Standard shipping & handling fees as per following:

    • Peninsula Malaysia: RM10.00 with every transaction less than 1kg
    • East Malaysia: RM15.00 with every transaction less than 1kg

    STRICTLY NO REFUNDS for shipping & handling fees.


    • Please locate your tracking number from the delivery confirmation email or by logging into your user account.
    • Alternatively, you can visit the carrier website and enter your tracking number in the tracking widget to see the status of your order.
    • Please allow a few hours after you receive the delivery confirmation email for the system to reflect the status of your order delivery.
    • If there is a delay, it will be indicated on the carrier’s website. In the circumstances that you have not seen a status update of your delivery after a week since receiving confirmation email, please contact our customer service at 011-5751 2057 for further assistance.

    The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with Us.

    Interpretation and Definitions


    The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.


    For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

    • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to

    • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

    Conditions for Returns

    Customers may only apply for refunds and/or returns of the product in the following circumstances:

    • Strung rackets are not applicable for refund & return;
    • The Goods have not been received by customers;
    • The Goods received is incomplete (missing quantity or accessories);
    • Meru Sport has delivered a product that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour & etc.) to customers;
    • The Goods received have physical damage (e.g. zip malfunction, racket crack & etc. 

    In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

    • The Goods were received in the last 2 days.
    • The Goods isn’t used or damaged.
    • The Goods must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
    • The Goods are in the original packaging.

    The following Goods cannot be returned:

    • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
    • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
    • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
    • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

    We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

    Only regular price Goods may be refunded.

    Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

    Customers will only be refunded after Meru Sport has received the returned item in accordance with our Return Policy. The refund will be made according to how payments were made.

    Returning Goods

    • We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
    • Only regular price Goods sold through have a 7 days return policy from the date of invoice.
    • Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
    • The buyer must inform us within 7 days period as of the INVOICE DATE of the product being returned.
    • The buyer will take full responsibility for the Goods during the return shipment back to us. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
    • will confirm with the buyer of return arrangement and the buyer must ship the product back to at his/her own cost.
    • The items must be shipped back within 10 business days from the date of our written letter.

    Exchanging Goods

    Exchange product(s) must be returned in new and original condition with original product packaging, price tags and labels, unuse, unworn and unwashed. Exchange is strictly subject to the stocks availability. Any shoes returned must be returned in their original box with tags. 

    • For exchanges to goods of equivalent or lower price, no refunds will be given.
    • For exchanges to goods of a higher price, customer will be required to pay the difference.
    • Exchange policy is granted for 1 time only for each transaction.
    • Meru Sport reserves the right to deny the exchange if the product(s) returned is not in accordance with our Return Policy.
